Homes whose deeds have been split into a token. A Ponstown address goes public on pons.family with an ETH address; a Pumptown address goes public on pump.fun with a Solana address. Cribs launches neither — the owner does, and the server proves the launchpad really made the token before it links.
House shares are tokens other players launched on pons.family. Cribs does not issue them, does not deploy them, takes no cut of them, and cannot vouch for anyone who does. Their price is whatever the curve says, which can go to zero. A landlord pledge is a promise about in-game coins made by a player, not a contract and not a dividend.
