Every address in the city carries a live appraisal that moves with scarcity, capital, trade and building, and with its town's own token. The Cribs Home Price Index reads those prices together: 100 is the city at its sticker prices. The market value is every appraisal summed, in coins and in dollars at the rate real on-chain capital backs.
