Cribs

Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Effective August 19, 2026

Cribs (the “Game”, “Service”, “we”, “us”) is an independent, experimental browser game made purely for fun. It runs on Robinhood Chain, a public blockchain, but it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Robinhood Markets, Inc., Arbitrum, any wallet vendor, or any other project, and it is not a financial product of any kind. By checking the agreement box and connecting a wallet you accept everything below in full. If you do not agree, do not play.

1. The one rule that matters

Everything in this Game can become worthless at any moment. In-game coins, houses, items, appraisals, roles, leaderboard positions, and any on-chain token created through or around the Game (including the hold-to-earn token $CRIBS and any house-share token deployed on Robinhood Chain) have no guaranteed value, no promised utility, and no expectation of profit. They may go to zero, break, be reset, or disappear entirely. Play because it is fun. Never spend money you cannot afford to lose completely.

2. What the Game is, in full

So there is no confusion, this is the entire process of the Game:

  1. You connect an EVM wallet (MetaMask, Rabby, Robinhood Wallet, or similar) and sign a message to prove you own it. Signing costs nothing and moves no funds. On first connect you receive a one-time sign-up bonus of in-game buying power.
  2. Holding $CRIBS (the hold-to-earn token, launched on the pons.family curve) in your wallet mints in-game buying power over time. The rate scales with your share of the token supply and how long you have held without selling, plus small bonuses for being online and for your house level. In-game coins are game points. They are not money, not crypto, and can never be withdrawn, exchanged, or redeemed for anything.
  3. You spend in-game coins to claim addresses on the map (your first claim is free, each additional home costs its appraisal), choosing which of the eight house drafts is built on the plot. Earlier purchases citywide keep a permanently higher appraisal multiplier.
  4. You can upgrade your house, buy store items that appear physically on your plot, rent your house out, list it for sale for in-game coins, or trade items on the marketplace. All of that uses in-game coins only.
  5. Separately, an owner can take their house public by deploying a “house shares” token (a minimal fixed-supply ERC-20) on Robinhood Chain. The Game forces the share identity (the house’s set deed card as the picture, the address as the on-chain name, the street number and name as the ticker, and the house’s profile as the sell link). The owner deploys that token from their own wallet, at their own cost and risk, receives the full supply at launch, and may sell any portion on the open market. Wallets holding the token are shown in-game as shareholders, and the building’s appearance evolves with the number of holders. House-share tokens are user-deployed on-chain tokens: we do not issue them, control them, custody them, make markets in them, or guarantee anything about them — and holding one conveys no rights to any real-world property, company, or cash flow.
  6. Leaderboards rank wallets by in-game statistics. Titles like “Cribs Developer” are cosmetic.

3. No financial anything

4. Your responsibilities

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, with all faults and without warranty of any kind: no warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uptime, accuracy, or that anything will keep working. The Game may change, break, wipe its database, or shut down at any time, without notice, and with no compensation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we, and anyone who worked on the Game, are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or related to the Game: no liability for lost tokens, lost value, lost profits, lost data, failed transactions, smart-contract or third-party platform behavior, wallet compromise, or anything else, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility. If a court finds liability anyway, total aggregate liability is capped at zero dollars (US$0), because nothing here is sold. Your only remedy is to stop playing. You release us from all claims connected to the Game, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your own use of it.

7. Third-party platforms

Robinhood Markets, Robinhood Chain and its operators, Arbitrum/Offchain Labs, wallet vendors (MetaMask, Rabby, Robinhood Wallet), block explorers, and any RPC or hosting providers are independent third parties with their own terms and risks. We are responsible for none of them, and use of their names is referential only — no sponsorship or endorsement is implied.
